Bug Description:
Filterverse will feedback/explode when being copied to another track in Reaper
Reproduction steps:
-Instantiate Filterverse on a track in Reaper
-Load the Wobblay preset
-Copy instance to another track: Drag and drop the FX instance of Filterverse on the FX insert of another track
