Bug Description: preset menu can be extended beyond plugin window
can be closed, but not reduced back down
Reproduction steps: grab preset menu handle, adjust til just outside of plugin window
you’ll notice weird jittering
if you “toss” the range extension upwards, it can get stuck beyond the boundaries
first noticed by accident when quickly extending preset view
